jiliwi Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiliwi ("jiliwi," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jiliwi platform, including the website located at jiliwi.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, applications, tools, and gaming services made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity on jiliwi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and jiliwi with respect to the Platform, whether written or oral.

The jiliwi Platform is intended exclusively for use by adults who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active account, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.
• Exclusion lists: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion list, or any other exclusion program that would prohibit you from participating in gaming activities.

jiliwi implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as required by PAGCOR guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines. You consent to these verification procedures as a condition of using the Platform.

To access real-money gaming services on jiliwi, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your jiliwi account:

• One account per person: Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one (1) active jiliwi account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jiliwi recommends enabling two-factor authentication (OTP) on your account.
• Non-transferability: jiliwi accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any interest therein to any other party.

jiliwi reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

jiliwi accepts deposits exclusively through approved payment channels. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposit activities on the Platform:

• Accepted methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00 (fifty Philippine Pesos) per transaction, subject to the minimum thresholds of the selected payment method.
• Own funds only: You must only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits made using payment instruments belonging to a third party — including family members or friends — are prohibited and may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• No credit: jiliwi does not extend credit to players. All gaming must be conducted with funds already present in your jiliwi account wallet.
• Processing times: GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) banking hours depending on the originating institution.

jiliwi does not charge fees on deposits. However, your selected payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which jiliwi accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal of funds from your jiliwi wallet is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• Withdrawal to original method: jiliwi applies a return-to-source policy for the first withdrawal following each deposit. Funds deposited via GCash will be returned to the same GCash number; BDO deposits to the same BDO account, and so on.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00 (one hundred Philippine Pesos).
• Processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average. Bank transfers are processed within two (2) banking hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of banking hours may be processed on the next banking day.
• Wagering completion: Any active bonus must be fully wagered or forfeited before the remaining real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• Anti-money laundering checks: Withdrawals may be subject to additional review under jiliwi's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, including requests for source-of-funds documentation on high-value transactions.

jiliwi offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free credits, cashback, and tournament prizes. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player: Promotions are intended for one use per player, household, device, and IP address. Abuse of promotional offers, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• jiliwi's discretion: jiliwi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to withhold bonus payment where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or system exploitation.

All games available on the jiliwi Platform are sourced from internationally accredited software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before wagering. jiliwi accepts no liability for losses incurred through a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee returns on any individual session or wager.
• Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction in any game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. jiliwi is not liable for any consequential losses arising from game malfunctions.
• Disconnection: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the outcome will be resolved on the server side as normal. Disconnection does not void a completed bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliwi Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registration or use of the Platform by any individual under 21 years of age;
• Creating, operating, or assisting in the operation of multiple accounts;
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game logic;
• Using any automated bot, script, or third-party software to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players in games involving player-versus-player mechanics;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform through proxies, VPNs, or other means to circumvent geographical restrictions or security measures;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward jiliwi staff or other users.

All content on the jiliwi Platform — including but not limited to the jiliwi name, logo, trademarks, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliwi or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jiliwi.

jiliwi collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jiliwi.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to jiliwi's Privacy Policy.

jiliwi complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, in the collection and processing of your personal information. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and game providers as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

jiliwi is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income or solving financial problems.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jiliwi players and can be accessed directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that restrict the amount you can fund your account within a given period.
• Session time limits: Automatic reminders or session cutoffs after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which gaming access is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the jiliwi Platform, available to any player who believes they are developing a gambling problem. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

jiliwi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms;
• jiliwi reasonably suspects fraud, collusion, or exploitation of the Platform;
• A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• jiliwi receives a legally valid demand from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body;
• A player is found to be a minor or has misrepresented their age during registration.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. Where termination is without cause, jiliwi will process the withdrawal of any verified, real-money balance within a reasonable period subject to completion of KYC requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their jiliwi account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliwi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game malfunctions, server interruptions, or connectivity failures;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made in reliance on inaccurate or incomplete game information displayed due to technical errors;
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to payment processors or banking institutions outside jiliwi's control.

jiliwi's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliwi Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. Players are encouraged to contact jiliwi customer support as a first step.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.

jiliwi reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliwi will notify registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable.

The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version entered into force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jiliwi Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any revised Terms, your sole recourse is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.
